What is the best class to build a 95 Town car too, also any tips when building the car?

Honestly it's a pretty good choice for any 80 and newer class and with the right rules, can hang with old iron.
That's of course assuming you can change to a BIA rearend and run a carbed motor of any sort.

Thanks guys, I've had a Chrysler New Yorker, so this car is new to me want to get the best for what I got.

Both of the previous post tell you everything you need to know. I agree with Lincoln, they are awesome in any class. I also agree with 513 as far as if you have to ask, stock is where its at.
