My rules state that the front suspension may have 1 bolt or chain per side for lift. What's the best way to go about that as I'm new to it. Pictures appreciated. This is for a semi stock class

Can bolt/chain be welded? Is it per side or per a-arm? What size bolt and how long? Chain length?

1 chain per set of a arms or 1 bolt per set of a arms. Doesn't say anything about size or length of bolt or chain. Doesn't saying any thing about the chain or bolt being welded
