Basically you can build a radiator out of a drum type barrel and mount it on the roof of your car.

Just a barrel mine is a old stainless keg. Ive seen them made with box shaped ons to have the intake one close to the top and outtake close to the bottom also need one that comes out the top for the over flow and run down threw the floor and roof what ever type tank is used make sure it is thick enough so it wont get dented

here is my rule: "6. Radi barrels may be used. No wider than factory radiator, no deeper than 4", must have relief valve. 21 lbs max. pressure may use up to 6 bolts to install, may not reinforce anything else."
Anyone have pics?

Basicly look at your radiator and picture a box the same dimensions as your radiator. The radi barrel will have a fill cap and inlet and outlet ports just like your radiator does. Plus a built in preassure relief valve. The box you are picturing is then filled with water like your radiator would be except the cooling ability comes from the large volume of water in the radi barrel and not through air flowing through a radiator.

buddy of mine built them for a while. I ran one in my caddy couple weeks ago just because I knew what end I was using and didn't want to wreck another aluminum radiator. They serve there purpose for what they are. I don't run a pressure relief on mine since seen them plug up and blow the hoses off. I just let it steam and go... They hold a lot more then a radiator and I always have water left in it when I'm done. Hot water is better then no water. So in my case it was a 15-20 min feature and I was going nose out so that is what I ran. Like I said they have a purpose but not the best thing for cooling. They hold your core support together well too...
