Ok, let's say "a friend of mine" was checking up the tranny fluid level on a TH350 and since it was missing a bit "he" accidentally poured maybe half a quart of engine oil instead of tranny fluid (long day of work and i guess "he" wasn't paying enough attention...).The car was running and in neutral. While pouring, "he" realized that it wasn't red so "he immediatly stopped the car. "He" then pulled the pan to drain all the fluid but the tranny isn't all drained...
The tranny is completly stock, has never been rebuilt, and already has 6-7 hard runs. Should "he" be worried? If so, how could "he" completly drain the fluid? By removing the tranny hoses and run it in until it's completly empty?
Thanks for the help!

You'll do more damage trying to drain it. You probably haven't even hurt it. The only way to actually drain the entire trans of fluid is pulling it, tipping it, and letting it sit.

Your fine... I put 4qusrts of oil in a trans once before. Got 4 runs out of it before reverse went.
