So I am getting ready to build a pointy and am wondering where unloaded ones like to bend or where I need to reinforce them. We are not "allowed" to load them but I can see a few spots that I can get some metal in but worried it will still not hold up or bend in wierd spots. Can anyone help? We are allowed to pound chrome over and weld to the box.

Unless you pull the skin and plate the inner shell in all the right places it's going to bend if you just try putting some plates on the outside of it.
It pretty much has to be loaded inside or it will get bent up. The ends curl the worst

Yep that's about it. Once the ends curl its only a matter of time before it flattens it self out and the point is pointing at the sky. Depending on what the bumper is mounted on of course. But ends defiantly will bend fastest

Okay if I stuff it where do I need to focus on? It will be shortened on the ends so hopefully they don't move as easy and will be mounted on a 06 vic that is basically sold from the front to the humps. Frame shouldn't move

Set the backing on the floor. Looking at the front of it, it needs plated everywhere you can get plate on the inside, you should not need any plate on the outside of the inner shell. Just plate everything inside. It will take about 10 different sections done properly. The stuff some 2" square tube down in the channel behind the vent holes. Then a small piece of 3x3 on the 2 ends so it won't want to curl. If you need help message me. I have some pics some where. It will stay straight forever if done right

You will need to weld on plates across where the factory chrysler shocks would go. Your new vic is much narrower and will barely catch the flat area before it v's out in the front
