like it says pretty stock show any drive train, bumper swaps, full cage no pre bending 1/4s stay straight no frame welding what`s the better car ?77 caddy or 73 225 both clean which one and why ?

Buick should have shocks holding bumper and the back end will fair much better and be more predictable. Downfall is the single later bumper on the front.

for a stock show with those rules the buick with a 74-76 gm front bumper and a sbc and go it'll be a tank and the trunk should go up as long as you get the ass up a bit. save the 77 for a full weld/mod show where you can do lots of welding and a trunk tuck and prebend (caddy trunks go to the ground stock)and weld and put a pointy on and weld and then you can get the caddy nice and high weld front suspension solid and then do more welding and go drive through some dodges (did I remember to mention to weld the caddy?)

I can tuck the trunk and prebend rear frame a little just 1/4s have to stay straight .I was thinking the 73 but I ran one here last year .an ran out of car lol
