Howdy all,
I'm new to the Mopar world and putting together my first car. I figured no-one would be more knowledgeable about mixing and matching B/RB engines and 727s than you guys, so here goes...
I picked up a late cast-crank 440 from a '78 Winnebago. It did not come with a torque converter. I've found a few long-tail 727s w/ converters, which came from behind 400s. Since both the 400s and late 440s came with cast crankshafts, would a 400 converter work behind my 440? Or were the balance weights different and will shake my 440 apart?
Thanks in advance. -Pat
