I've kept my opinion to myself for a while now... I don't agree with the no weld trunk in the promods.. I sold out but the person. Who bought my car intended to run your shows.. yes it's a unibody but it's not a true promod class with an open trunk.. no offense to you or your inspectors but I felt like if they did the job correctly there wouldn't be an issue.. I personally feel like they did a great job most of the year especially at the fall show, when two cars that were obviously hiding something refused to cut a hole big enough to see in and loaded up instead! A proper inspection hole and good inspectors goes a long way.. you have done good job in the past and should continue this trend but I feel like this will hurt your car counts dramatically! You just cut your car count to tenth of what you had with this rule..

You just cut your car count to tenth of what you had with this rule.. If that is what I have to do to get a control of the gray area that some people see in the rules then so be it... I would rather lose those cars than be accused of favoritism, which is not the case! I do not care who wins period... However, I do care if someone got by with something. So this is corrective action... Every action has a reaction! jdf

So instead of "punishing" everyone, you are showing "favoritism" to chryslers and suicide door lincolns. I would think you could see everything you need through a 12x12 hole.

I am not sure I am punishing anyone.. Its simple, trying to get control of an issue! The 12x12 hole has been in the rules forever... apparently no one reads that section! jdf

I know it has been in the rules. That is why I said you should be able to see what you need through it. I'm sorry about the punishing everyone. I guess its just people who don't run chryslers or suicide door lincolns.

I say if they don't have the 12x12 hole cut it yourself if they choice to not let you load them. I feel like this is going to hurt your car count. Also feel like the no coresupport spacers will hurt stock class. Just my opinion.

Leave your stock mounts and bolt in your full frame car then it might be like not welding the trunk on a 60 model Lincoln or a Chrysler they will get pelled . But I do think they all should be able to weld them. Not trying to start nothing but that is the facts
