Has anyone ever ran or tried one? Just wondering if these could be the bubble top of trucks or are they junk? Any advice would be awesome.

4 derbies, a 1st, a 3rd, a broken spindle and a cracked transmission housing. Still will run

I wouldn't say they are tanks. I've built 3 of them and helped build many more. This one was the first one, the rest were frames with other bodies on them. Frames twist behind the engine cradle pretty easy on them. There are many other stronger frames out there but there are a simple build for County Fair limited weld shows

What frame is the strongest, I like to run chevy's 70-80 2500 4x4 , i just picked up a military one but curious what truck is the strongest except a 66 ford to hard to find

Everyone has there opinions, rules factor in as well. Around my neck of the woods you wouldn't catch me in a chevy. Unless it was a stock class then they can work in my experiences.
