and with entries being open on nov 1st does that mean that they have to be postmarked the 1st or arrive the 1st?

If you are running a 2x2 Little John bar welded from the halo to the dash bar you do not need a windshield bar. Unless you are using it as a kicker...

Its my understanding that Little John bars are still legal, (2x2 from dash bar to halo).

So now that it's 100 car limits will there be 5 heats now instead of 4? Or an extra 5 cars in every heat? It's hard enough makin the feature with only 20 cars!
