OK, so I finally pulled the trigger on carburetor swapping my 92-3.1.
What fuel pressure does this Holley like? Google isn't very helpful. 4-7 should be more than enough right? This will be in a Baja Bug, so gravity feeding from tank to an inline pump is my plan.

Sorry to waste the bandwidth.

Are you getting spark? Take off 2 adjoining plug wires (5,2)(3,6)(1,4) and then crank it over and see if your getting spark. If not check power and ground coming to ignition module. If your power and ground is good then the only options are ignition module, crank sensor, and the 2 wire cable that runs from ignition module to crank sensor. You can test the crank sensor by checking for AC voltage on the yellow wire that come from the crank sensor, should be between 1 and 2 volts while cranking. If you are getting spark and it won’t fire, has to be fuel related, check for plugged fuel filter or faulty pump, some pumps will run but not pump anything. There’s my 2 cents, let us know what you find.

So... I just got my hands on a 95 lumina 3100 Ad said runs drives was parked because he got it stuck under a guard rail after sliding through an intersection got pulled out by an idiot that hooked up to the rear control arm and bent it bad enough he couldn't drive it on the road and had it towed home where it sat for 4-5 months. As I looked it over and tried starting it the battery was dead luckily I brought my own. Tried cranking it, still acted like a dead battery just clicking and dash lights would dim out. Thought my battery was dead too so said to hell with it and bought it anyway. Get it home and put a 3rd battery that I knew was fully charged/new that tested 13.4 and had same result. Put jumpers on to my truck and tested current from body ground to positive post that is on fuse box next to the battery and got between 13.8 and 14.1 while my truck was running juice to it. Still wont crank. So next thought was the starter so before I decided to pull it I put a breaker bar on crank and can't move it at all went counterclockwise and started undoing the bolt itself. Took belt off and same result. Now getting to the reason for this post, my question is is the motor for sure seized or should I do other types of tests? Or just pull the starter to check it while its off of the car? I feel at this point its seized up but a friend and long time derby driver said he had a grand prix that was like that and all he had to do was use a little mystery oil and kerosene in the plug well for 2 days and worked the crank by hand and when put back together turned over and ran for the derby. Any advise will help thank you! P.s sorry for being long winded just wanted to put out all the info I could.

Pull the plugs and see what they look like. Could have a cylinder full of water or coolant. Could be seized. Diesel fuel, mystery oil, and kerosene are good to put down the cylinders to break the pistons free from the cylinders. Let it soak for a few days to a week, then work the engine back and forth. If you can't work it free without breaking the crank bolt, she's no good.

What jet sizes is everyone using in there 500 cfm 2brl rochesters on these engines. I have a 3400 im carbing, already have this carb so want to use it. Was thinking about dropping it down to about a 54 jet. Opinions other than smaller carb?

How many pins, round or square, what color wires, I might be able to help with hotwiring it.
