I always thought that all square body frames were the same then when I got this one it was an old cop car so someone told me about the HD frames and sure enough it is but I haven't really noticed too much of a difference while working on it that's why I was asking and it's being run in limited weld against 03+ w/ cradle swaps and imps

Are you allowed hump plates, long bumper shocks/or plates, and front frame seam welding?

Allowed 1" top seam weld on frame. Can extent shocks but no hump plates 03 and up built to those rules would smoke a 79-02

Quick question, just got my 91 stripped out and it doesnt have any hd stamps that ive found but has coil over shocks and has the gussets inside by the steering box and some gussets inside on the passenger side in the front and has an adjustable body mount for the core support mounts it has the vinyl top and car has the canada stamp inside the door. So could this be an hd frame and would it have better internal hump plates?

That's just all normal 91 stuff.
The 90 n 91s started getting some of the stuff the 92-7 bubbles got. Like the column that comes off with the dash.

I don't think whether it has vinyl top or not matters. Got one in my driveway right now that has a vinyl top and HD on the rear frame.

Do you have a pic of this mount? Just curious, because the 91 vic I ran had a mount that looked like all the other box vics I have ran. didn't know if it was different for an HD.
