No the last one I did ran razorback rumble they made him cut slices on side of frame. But never bent aarm forward.

Yep I'd take a creased car over a tilted non creased car.

It helps, same concept as beating your humps square but to an extremely different level. Get the section started square with a hammer then start running it with an air hammer. Surprisingly a cheap one from harbor freight worked better for me than any of the big brand ones we had. You'll need a BIG compressor to keep up ith the hammer, or T into two compressors. A whole frame, top and bottom took me about 10 hrs. Next problem is getting it in though most rules don't allow it. There's an old thread on here somewhere with pics, I don't have them any more.
