I really don't think I could overlap them. It's just the main leaf that is broke and it's all the way out by the rear shackle. Thought maybe I could weld it but idk if anyone has ever tried it and it's strong enough. I don't have any straight main leafs on the hill that I could get to work, they all are bent pretty bad

you guys need to move the leafs under the frame on mopars. off the side off frame theres nothing for the leafs to hit and help stop ass end from goin sky high. i dont run stock leafs but id heat last 12 inchs of main up if i did so its bends and not brakes.

I have never had problems with the stock leafs, but it is easy to see more leafs helping especially if you plane to use it. On that note all 68 and older mopars i have owned already had 7, and one 72 fury wagon i had, had 9.

well look at it this way. its gotta give somewhere. you can clamp your springs. make a 9 leaf pack and chain humps down. the asses of them mopars just need tucked and chained down. thats it. run #9 wire down to the floor from the roof and go.

mopar main leafs dont hold up very well when all the pressure is on 1 spring with as much stagger as mopars have..... have to have less stagger well look at it this way. its gotta give somewhere. you can clamp your springs. make a 9 leaf pack and chain humps down. the asses of them mopars just need tucked and chained down. thats it. run #9 wire down to the floor from the roof and go.
