Should be the same, does it have the 3 link or 4 link rear? I havent blown the 4 link cars humps (mark 5s) but the 3 link cars for me went very easy. Build the back soft.
The c channel cars are 73 down,
Does it have the flat trunk floor or does it dip way down in the trunk between the frame rails?

Not sure on rear, I'd have to check. Is it going to be 9 inch? I know it's a front loader like a 9 inch at least.
It's flat across the trunk, doesn't dip down at all.

Do your rules say how much of the bracket/tubes can be welded to the frame? If not you are luckier than me and you have a lot of welding to do dissasemble the brackets from the tubes flip the brackets upside down and swap sides so the curve of the bracket matches the curve of the frame then shove them back so the tip of the frame horn touches the square shock tube support and weld it in place then you can run your shock tube on top of or inside the frame i suggest on top of the frame. then weld until you run out of rod lol. done correctly this is far better than simply hard nosing. Im building the exact same car right now ;D Anyone got a picture of this done? I'm trying to see it in my head but would prefer a picture

So I have a 76 thunder chicken any pics and tips would be awesome it is a roller I ran mine in a mild build class where weld all doors shut tuck trunk notch the rear frame 6 spots on hood could be welded 6 spots on trunk and weld frame seems doors welded solid. Mine folded up in the back packed in after 2 derbys it riped the rear frame off at the notches and pushed in the biggest problem I have had with it both derbys the front end messes up as fare a steering I broke gear box and the front passenger tire if turned out while the driver side is straight. The steering is my biggest complaint I have the nose is straight still and did a lot off front end hitting with it.
