Does anyone know if a 72 Buick rivy Front stub will fit a 74 olds delta 88? I found a rusted out rivy for a decent price. I need to stub a car.

I believe the rails are the same width apart. But the stub is longer. You'll probably need to do something by the body mounts because that riv stub will make the 88 rails dump there id bet

Guy hasn’t got back to me yet. I’ll probably just cut it at the crossmember and swap them. The delta is preran so it will get fix it plates also.

Cut the horn and frame flush. Open the back of the horn (where the back of the shock bolts).
Cut the bolt tabs off the shock, slide the shock back into the horn and weld it all up. Weld the back side of the shock to the frame (part sticking through the cup)

What other front sheetmetal have people used since front clips are getting so expensive?
