say,,, thats the caddy rear end,, right.... how did that work out for ya ? .......................lenny Yes it is a caddy rearend and it is bent but didn't break. . They are 31 spline and are stronger then gm 31's. This car had a low 3's ratio but a lot of them came in the mid 2's. If you run one make sure you weld the tubes to the center section or they will pull out. You can not get gears for them i think it is a 8 3/4 inch ring.

can someone help me out, what year were the caddy's team 34 had at razorback rumble? and is it gonna be a pain to modify my ten bolt to fit in a 74 5 or 6 coupe? Thanks, Zack You can not just bolt the rear end in. You will have to modify a 10 bolt to accept the Caddy upper trailing arms.

If you have a long or muddy track you can make up for them. The Caddy trailing arms are weak, but they are a tough rearend. Little rear tires help

Yep. Check the Caddy tips thread, I believe there were pics in there of a couple different ways to do it.

Here's a direct bolt-in 9 inch for Caddys.I fabbed this up in a hurry but all it needs is a back brace to strenghten the uppers.
