I had everything that I know of I hit a wagon about 16 minutes into my heat and lost it then .. Had a box on another caddy 15 minutes away at my house but I figured heck with it lets enjoy the weekend ... I put a Chevy box on it the second time I ran it and broke it too with power steering but I broke ALOT of stuff that round ... Noses of these things ain't no joke ... Did the box physically break or something interal?

The box on the caddy is the exact same OEM number as the BOP box...So if it isn't the box, you have to troubleshoot what is causing it. Drive into the back of a wagon and the wheel snatches around and it will max out the box turning radius...with other gms, you try to protect the front and rarely see a shot that snatches the tires around. Figure out how to eliminate this risk and you have a recipe to keep the box intact

Building it After first run and a win After a bumper swap and another win First run heat and Feature. Watch the hit in the heat where the car goes under the bumper and drills the tire. Stock caddy box both times with no power steering youtu.be/cwaQcZ1shTkyoutu.be/bceqcY9BWdE

I hope my wife never finds out there are derbies in Forks. She has Edward/Jacob fever. Lord knows what would happen if she tied my love of derbies to her love of flying vampire idiots only shot in blue/green colors.
An appetite for destruction is more than an awesome album.

After pics of my car ran it three times. This car was a blast to drive and I learned a lot I can't wait to build the next one Before the third run After the heat at the third derby During the feature After the feature finished around 10th had issues with the distributor that took me out. Still ran and drove really good
