Q? What does loading of the bumpers mean. Does it mean you can add metal to it or what?

Yea you can pack it full but unless the frame is plated I wouldn't run a loaded bumper on a new style gm As far as chaining wrap around hump then down around shock or up threw package trey slide a piece of althread and tighten as tight as u can it does help from blowin humps into your wheels

Broke passenger front tie rod in a stock derby running a 700-15. Then swapped it out for a 70s gm tie rod by drilling the spindle and centerlink out. Ran it again and snapped it right in the center again. I assume running big tires in the front caused this issue, but with sagging front springs it was all we could do to get some front bumper height. The rules were pretty strict on what you could do for suspension mods. If anybody has tried kicking the bottom of the springs out to the shocks how difficult was it to do and did you have to secure them in anyway or did the lower shock mount work well enough to hold the spring in place?

Well i built a welded 80s and newer caprice and whooped some lincoln and vic a$$ i love these cars main tip is if you decide to run one in a welded class is to weld the heck out of the front end a-arms forward and go "nose'in" i had a 76 impala bumper on it and not loaded or nothing the frame humps were creased and had hump plates but the best tip would be to hit square with these cars

Quick question. Will a 90s Caprice clip bolt onto a 83 Lesabre or a 79 Delta? Need to know ASAP, as the show is a 3 weeks away.

Not totally no but u can make it fit Alright, the seam between the fender and the door will be welded, so I guess the front is only thing that needs to be addressed.
