I just weld the seems and then start pounding in the truck lid in the center from speaker deck to tail light ....always worked for me

cut the trunk lid in half notch where its cut and then prebend a little to get it to start a slight roll, worked well this past year for me

If its metric, tuck notch and do ALOT of praying! There creamy is no other way!

Wedge, flat stack, dimple 2xs, 12inch or less bumper height the bumper height only works if everyone else does it, otherwise they will just drive over your trunk then push it down in the ground.

im with honkey101. we ran a 76 buick 3 times heat winner 3 times feature winner twice and goin back again welded the seams "v"d the trunk bent up pushed it back down and plated it twice and now its ready for another

Wedge, flat stack, dimple 2xs, 12inch or less bumper height the bumper height only works if everyone else does it, otherwise they will just drive over your trunk then push it down in the ground. With a good flat stack of springs it doesn't matter... They're in alot worse position than you'll ever be in that situation...

should i cut the speaker deck out in my 93 caprice or leave it in...many say it makes it stronger and then iv herd some other opinions...but i don't see how it wuld hurt to leave it in

should i cut the speaker deck out in my 93 caprice or leave it in...many say it makes it stronger and then iv herd some other opinions...but i don't see how it wuld hurt to leave it in its a matter of opinion i think...i usually just beat them down...but some people cut it out and weld the trunk lid to the pan right behind the back seat.....id say it would depend on ur rules and how much you can weld...jmo
