Just for fun I decided I’d like to hear people’s opinions on what would be the best set up for steers. Voice your opinion and why. Should make for a pretty interesting discussion.
Things to note: Mod/full weld/kicker car build, all suspension parts are top of the line (spindles, balljoints, tie rods etc.) and that we either have or can get all options easily.

Solid 22’s. Since you have the upgraded suspension parts and your spindles are plus 2’s I’m assuming. The short tires won’t cost you any height loss at that point. Plus there’s no chance of going flat.

I’ll do a mail call when I get my new spindles but they are more than +2’s, height is no issue just wondering thinking about wheel options

Id still do the solid 22’s at that point. It’d be nice to not worry about flats.

Are these skidsteer tires? If so, I'd go with none of the above. Same. 12 ply loaders 25 tall.

Yes the non solid options are skid loader tires, what is the reason against them

I love my narrowed nissan foam filled fork lift 5.50/15s with full centers and bead protectors. Hard on suspension parts but, never had a flat.

The biggest reason is if you ever get one locked up, you’re spinning in circles. Also, they’re only 4/6 ply. really won’t have one lock up, 1/2 centers with gussets on the back side, when foamed ply rating doesn’t matter, doubled helps.

Going with solids and foamed 23’s so we have options
