Hey guys I have been wondering about this for some time now, but do you guys/gals feel that derby ppv/livestream prices are too high, too low, or just right for the quality of show that you are receiving? If you could vote that would be great and if you could give an explanation that would be very insightful too!

I voted no. It was more of an "I don't know" vote, as I have no idea what it costs to do one of these PPVs nor what buyrates are. Producers of these events need to break even at worst to continue, if not make a profit. I will never complain about people making money if I feel I received at least some value from the good or service purchased.
If the PPV has decent video, commentary and isn't bogged down by bad or insufficient internet I'm fine with the show. Everything I've paid for has been fine in that regard.
If the action on the track sucks for whatever reason, that falls on the drivers and officials to an extent and the not the PPV producer. They probably aren't thrilled to present a boring show because guys aren't hitting or the track sucks either.
