My durango just took a shit and thought about demoing it. I just don't know where to run it at and one that would allow a v8 in it still. I'm in indiana and willing to travel. Any ideas?

My durango just took a Shoot and thought about demoing it. I just don't know where to run it at and one that would allow a v8 in it still. I'm in indiana and willing to travel. Any ideas? I think you are going to have a really hard time finding a "mini truck" derby that will allow you to run a V8. They usually have the restriction of V6 or smaller and a wheel base requirement that I think your durango would also exceed.

Same here. 6 cylinder or less, and the Durango/Dakota is marginal on size.

^^^^^No tips, no mini truck experience just yet. Would like to talk you out of the air bag though. PM me if you are willing to part with it.

Picked up a wrecked '95 Jimmy. Fixed it up to drive...sort of. Most all I lack for parts now is a replacement air bag. It can only come from a 95 Chevy or GMC.

Got a 88 s10 blazer 4.3, the oil filter is up by the core support, what are you guys doin? can i just run without an oil filter, or put a different housing? Doesnt really look like there is room with front diff for it to come right off block like a sbc. i went 2 a junk yard and found a setup like the sbc and looped the line it has the filer right on the unit and bolts right 2 the bottom side of the motor

Thanks! I was able to pull a piece off a 3.1, just needed a allen wrench to remove from 3.1,and install on 4.3, threaded it on and i was able to use a small oil filter for a 3.1 beretta!
