I have a 92 s10. Everybody is saying wedge it. What does this mean Refers to laying the tailgate in the bed, folding the bedsides over on it, bolting and welding it all together, making the rear of the bed into a "wedge" shape. You can kinda see in this thread how it's done. we-crash.proboards.com/thread/27216/explorer-build-s10?page=12I'm sure if you look around on here you can find more pictures. Or look up truck derby's on YouTube.

If its cheap and by cheap I mean free. S10s along with Chevy Caprices are junk. The S10 frames fokd in the middle and the ass ends on the Caprices go down. If you got it cheap enough and are going to build it make sure you cam plate it right to stop the bending behind the cab.. I wouldnt run it in a stock show! I have to totally disagree with you on s10's. This one is a bone freaking stock truck with a 74 chevy front bumper and a step side bed. I built the truck 4 years ago for a good friend .Buddie won 3 times, i ran it last year and won. Had a simple chevette motor/tranny and that thing just never died. This s10 won every time it ran 4-0 and close to $5,000 in winning !!!

Hey all, hoping to find some info and help. Running an 01 Ranger, and I'm trying to run a boat tank as a fuel cell. Now the trucks stock pump is a bit too tall to run in the boat cell, but I've heard you can run other efi factory pumps, mainly camry. I've seen some videos about camry pumps being used in everything from efi crown vice, to most fwd cars, to midsized pickups and suvs. Any info or tips would be appreciated, truck is a 4 banger. Unsure of specific size.
