What axles aftermarket axles are everyone running in the 8.8 Moser are where it’s at. I’ve heard some good things with Yukon axles as well. For struts, check out hellbent derby parts on Facebook. He makes a nice set. Basically solid round stock with a bracket to bolt your spindles too and adjustable jam nuts on threaded rod for ride height If buying struts that are home made or aftermarket not allowed in our rules, but can Use any stock strut. Are most stock struts the same when it comes to strength or is there a certain strut that is better than others?

No other factory strut that I know of is going to be anywhere close to bolting up to a foxbody. The strut/spindle design is pretty unique. The only thing you may be able to do if you have to stay with factory parts is swap struts and spindles from something else. No good viable options come to mind though. Sounds like your rules are pretty stock though, so you may do ok with factory stuff.

As far as rear wheel drive strut cars go, fox bodies are about as good as it gets for strut strength. All other rear wheel strut cars that I have run or run against have been inferior.

Got a 84 foxbody, not sure if any of you will have pics but I’m not exactly sure where to notch it and with what method. Any help would be awesome!

Don't they splice together with a special tool?

I don't remember, but I'm wanting to say I made mine. Just use a good long plug wire and the ends off your coil wire and your good to go

I haven't seen much, if any, mention of trans braces here in the compact section.
Probably won't be C3 or C4 specific, but the concept is the same. Might have better luck sifting through the General Build Tips section. Might even still be a picture or 2 in the DIY thread there.
