Quick question guys running my first fuel injected car 1989 Chevy cavalier going to use my tank I use for carburetor cars what inline pump is the best pump to use will the Ford truck inline pump work. Any other good tips? Ford inline pump bronco f 150. Do not use factory regulator. Go get a a return style mallory. Use can use it from car to car to car. I can attach a gauge on top of my regulator and adjust it to exactaly what it like. Some are 7 to 14 and others are 38 to 42.

I have a 4 cylinder cavalier. It is 94 or earlier. The problem I am having with it is that after I turn the key and start it, the key returns to the 'off' position shutting the car down. I also noticed that I am unable to get the key to turn back counterclockwise enough to get it into the lock position. Therefore I am unable to remove the key. I don't know how to word my problem any better. I can get it to start and remain running if I slowly turn it back counterclockwise, although sometimes this doesn't work. Besides that, I am afraid that it might go back to the off position when the car gets hit, then I'd have to try starting it again and keep it in the running position. My question.... is it possible to start it by using the wires coming out of the ignition tumbler? If so, which ones? Or should I change the ignition tumbler? Yes you can. Ive done it multiple times. I just did it last year to my bash car. Someone put a carb 2.2 in a w body but im the first to my knolagage to put a 2.2 fuel injection in a w body theres a yellow orange pink and some reds then you need the purple from starter. You can also get rid of neatural safty and also get rid of rev limiter on 88 to 94 some 95 and 96 had same style motor just different mounts just have to change those and harness

Will a DEC 2.2 header fit the bubble body Eco Tech 2.2, or will it only fit the older square body 2.2?

You happen to know if it'll fit the older 2.0?

You happen to know if it'll fit the older 2.0? Know of one 2.0 you could yank the exhaust manifold off of and check. Depends if you wanna crawl in the snow out there!

If someone else knows, then I don't have to! We have a homemade redneck job for the 2.0, but the tailor-made would sure look nicer. Was really hoping it would fit the newer 2.2 out of a '98....looks like it gets another homemade redneck job.
