all regular 10 bolt rears will take the flange style. but the 80s is alot of the 7.5" ring gear junk that work work, but it has a 10 bolt cover.

Anyone know if a yoke from a 72-76 caddy rear will directly swap to a 1970 caddy rear end? Was told my slider will bolt to a 71-76 But not the 1970.

The rear end is from an 80s Pontiac station wagon. some of the wagons had the regular 10 bolt, see if it has the little wings off the bottom of the center section like shown early in this thread then the yoke will work, but if its the smaller 7.5" ring gear with a 10 bolt cover it will not work.

I just pulled the driveshaft out of a 69 and it looked like the regular GM (typical slider pattern) but I don't know for sure because I just threw it in the pile.

A slider should bolt right to a 12 bolt
