What's everyone's vote on 03+ vics, leafed or watts conversion? Both options I am still allowed 22" hump plates to go with it. Leafs would have to be at least 54" long. Also allowed 1" all thread from axle to package tray.

If I was given the option of watts convert with humpplate or leafed I would still choose leafed, the fact that you get both would make it pretty easy for me.
Leafs lay very nice on a vic frame, it isn't a ton of work, and when set up halfway decent you have one hell of an end of the car.

So yes, my plan was to use a square or rectangle tube for mounts. Now my question is should I get leafs built that are flat or have a pack built that is slightly curved and then suck them flat with the all thread so it has some force going up on the back of the frame?

Been 20 yrs since I built a leaf pack.lol I only used 1 main(stock spring steel) then flat stock same thickness/width as a stock pack. But our rules we could make then all the same length but I drilled holes in each leaf and plug welded/clamped. Clamps were made with flat stock heated and wrap tightly then welded. Attach your square tube ect to leaf eyes first then mock them up on rearend/frame. Mount them directly under the frame rails and tight/touching the rails. I never used shackles in the rear just the square tube/nut/bolt. Once mounted use flat stock to wrap leaf pack around the frame say every 6 to 8 inches. He will dump infront of rear tires sooner or later if not prevented. Chain from frame rail to seat bar helps. Also some guys use to mount the front eye inside the frame/nut/bolt then use square tube in the back. The front eye you can get in their pretty dam far.lol

I would start as flat as possible. When taking the curve out of the leafs it seems to want to bend back home a lot faster.
