I have a pre-ran ‘75 Buick and the rear end/pinion is sitting at a downward angle. Is it possible to shorten the lower trailing arms to try to help the angle? If so, is it a pain to get everything to bolt up if they are shortened? Any tips are appreciated!

Thats exactly how you do it and use come alongs or ratchet straps to pull it around to install not bad at all. Plate where you shortened trailing arms if allowed to or make some from 2x3 tubing

Vic lowers are shorter, we always swap them out right off the bat.

Yup bolt in...I think you need to use the vic bolts if I'm correct as theyre just a hair smaller diameter

Thanks everyone. When I do get the different bottom arms on and trying to get everything to line up again, would you guys go in this order?
Top trailing arms Bottom trailing arms Springs Shocks
And use ratchet strap/come along try to get the rear end rotated around to line up correctly?

I'd go Lowers Uppers Coil springs Shock or Chain ( i run both) Usually do Chain to height then see where shock needs to be be bolted. Get all bolts through and when you have it set where you want it tighten everything up. Pipe wrenches work really well too twist arms if need be.

Awesome, going to give it a shot this weekend. Would arms off of a 97 town car work the same as a Vic?
Also, would it be better to just swap uppers and lowers right off the bat or think I would be good with just the lowers? Thanks again everyone!

Depends on how bad this car is in the rear. Is it dumping out in front of the humps? I just seen that this is in a pre-ran car. Be careful when you pull everything this may be very difficult to get back together. If package tray is bending i'd just do lowers first. Uppers could be a major pain if stuff is bent. If still pretty straight then i'd do both right away.
