As the warmer weather approaches, the kids get more and more excited to see some derby. And I seem to get more and more frustrated trying to find derbies. Is there any better way to find them, than locating fairs one at a time, checking their schedules, and seeing if they have a derby?
For example, bus derbies are rare, but my 2-year-old seems to prefer them and it would also seem that it's the kind of derby I could run as a virgin and not have to spend a ton of money to get into it.
Also, I just found out that I can get one free lawn tractor (ran when parked, of course) and one very cheap (but currently running and driving) lawn tractor, from my mother-in-law. They could run in lawn mower derbies, but it seems that there's no aggregated way to find the closest lawn mower derbies.
Any thoughts?

Facebook. Like your local promoters pages, ask them and go from there. Join the local pages like “northern Ill southern wi derby” for example and ask there.
