hello just looking for some tips on how to weld the upper control arms to the frame on a 1993 4.6 crown vic. no real idea on what to do

factory uppers 2 straps within an inch of the center. Light weld to the control arms. Weld straps to frame...

factory uppers 2 straps within an inch of the center. Light weld to the control arms. Weld straps to frame... Is it a bad idea to put the straps against the large nuts on the top of the a arms? Maybe but the straps against them and weld to the nuts?

pull the rubber bump stop out. drill a hole in the angle iron tab on the frame. then weld
