What size skids are people running on the front of vics? There will be 23s on the back.

This would be a box vic with factory spindles. A arms would be welded down.

The only issue with 700-15s is they get into the firewall pretty quick once it starts to nose. I've been using 14.5 trailer house tires and they seem to give you enough height but still leaves you clearance. Stock build, welded a-arms.

Any thing 25 inchs tall will be the best. I won't do skids on front since they are wide I like 5 to 7 wide. And perfer a smoother style tread (loader tread is my style) incase it does bend so much to get in fire wall it can slide on it vs a lug catching the firewall and locking it in place.

That is what I plan on running on the front of my vic this year. I'm curious thought someone said you can slide the a arms forward bring the tires forward that way. No idea how or if true but that is what I was told.

I’ve never understood why people put 15” rims with 27” tall tires on the front of any Vic. Your just asking to have the wheels pinched into the firewall once the frame pushes back
