I run aluminum rads, brother wrapped one around his water pump and it was touching heads and still had water in it. The baking tray is a good idea. I figured an aluminum radiator with aluminum shroud and fan would be more solid unit. That run on fusible link etc. I just so happened to have a neighbor in town selling a 3000 cfm fan. Plugged it in and about blew my hat off so I think it’ll be worth a try.

Ive actually been running a spall or whatever lately. They are pricey but move lots of air. what size? I see they have a 12 inch that moves 1640 which is impressive. I picked up a 16 inch from a guy in town off Craigslist that supposedly moves 3000cfm. I had to google because it seemed like a high claim. Supposedly they are out there... all I know is that when we hooked it up to a battery it blew my hat off so it’s good enough for me
