Theirs different kind of brake cleaners. The one that's chlorinated is the one you don't want to huff the fumes, well really you don't want to suck in any fumes in general. Lol

Clean it with brake clean, let it sit, then take a torch and burn where you're going to weld. Makes welding them a lot nicer

Yupp, dont use chlorinated brake clean, makes a poisonous gas, even when using non chlorinated brake clean I still let it dry a good 30 minutes before welding.

Blow it out good with compressed air and/or torch like previously mentioned.
