Not true about the virus about 20 times more to die since they don't know enough about it.basically they can say if your young or old or weak immune system you may die (not that you will). But atleast when they send everyone home to try to kill this thing most may still get payed from work. They hope as it warms up it the virus will go away but yet they can't be sure it will since they don't know. They just know it looks to be following a pattern in weather. Many articles say one thing and others say different. If your watching the news it's going to make you feed into it more they always make things worst. That's like them saying China has a vaccine but don't want to share with US since they think we made this virus to effect them but yet why would we make something we can't fix our self.

If you can handle the flu and handle bronchitis. Congratulations your odds of defeating "coronavirus" is very likely. It's allegedly all over our small 1 stop light town. Yet none of us seem to have no clue who the 12 people are 🤷 just sayin h1n1 killed millions yet never went even remotely close to this extent in the world to cause hysteria. All this closing stuff down isnt for a fear of catching it if you have common sense its only to stop the spreading. I think its way over hyped and america is starting to get sick of it. At least all these liberals stock piling toilet paper and sanitizer and wipes know exactly how we felt when we couldnt buy any ammo a few years ago when they thought that was the dumbest thing. So sick of people believing everything the news tells them. If they reported every time someone died in a car accident or everytime a cancer was diagnosed and reported or everytime 1 human was shot in the u.s. you'd never leave your house anyway. Ebola was gonna kill everyone in the u.s. that disappeared without a trace never to he talked about again.

We aren't looking at same numbers. But I'm not going to argue over research since we butt heads are just about everything on here. The WHO shows 152,820 cases and 5,728 deaths (3.74%) for covid 19. The CDC shows an estimated 44,802,629 cases and 61,099 deaths (.136%) for influenza. I can't find any numbers that suggest a higher than 1% mortality rate for influenza. I'm being completely sincere when i say i would love to see what numbers you're looking at. |

Same here. I'm not saying people should panic and millions will die, but it's definitely not "just the flu". I'm not worried about myself, but am worried about my grandparents and my father who is immunocompromised due to recent treatments. Better be safe than sorry. We're on a higher trajectory than Italy and have a terrible healthcare system and a prayer warrior heading the response team. It'll get worse before it gets better. Personally i think they should just shut the country down for a month and let herd immunity do its thing.

And we aren't saying not to worry but within reason. Stock piling everything in sight is ridiculous. I'm a dairy and beef farmer so regardless i have what i need and my family as well but millions have exaggerated this so bad that its gone much bigger than it is. Family comes first and foremost every time. Prayers to your families and each family at risk but take precautions and odds are much higher you'll be perfectly fine than not

Agree 100%. There's always extremes both ways and the truth is usually somewhere in the middle. People hoarding shit need to be tried or forced to give back some of it.

The worst os they are hoarding it and selling it for profit. Just showed a guy selling soap sanitizer and tp made 75k selling it after buying out a Wal-Mart store.... |

I have heard alot off ppl say around wv they have been sick for a month and finally got over w e it was some believe it's already went through here we are just to poor to go to doc so they didnt know they had it. |

So, with the 130 mile round trip, I got in & out of Wal Mart alive. Town of 14k & not a square of TP to be had. When I go, I do Grandma's shopping for her. She got the last jug of bleach off the shelf. Shelves were cleared of the most oddball stuff. Hopefully, this irrational, paranoid insanity will wear off in a couple weeks. This crap hadn't started locally yet a couple days ago, but guess what...no TP at the local dollar store on the way home. I'm glad that my belief is that any sane person would always keep a 2-3 month supply of TP on hand. No ass dragging on the lawn for me & mine. Even food...after a year, we'd be mighty tired of beans & rice, but we wouldn't be hungry, and whoever wants to steal it had better have more ammo than me.
