Yes,we will have a Salvage yard buyer on sight as usual buying any unwanted vehicles at the demolition derby. This way you don't have to take your junked vehicle home with you and can get a little extra money for trip home...The official buyer this year will be J and J Recycling and Salvage, the salvage yard right across from the derby sight here in Boscobel,WI..
Grey Area demo parts will just one of the vendors at this demolition derby. If you are interested as being a vendor send me a PM...Also hot food and cold beer will be sold day of derby. No carry ins allowed.thanks
Should we pre register or would be alright to show up and register for gut and go
assuming you mean compact/midsize gut and go You can wait till day of for that class, but we appreciate it if ya pre register for any class.Just makes things go faster and easier at registration day of derby... Thanks
YES,this demolition derby is still on as usual....I haven't cancelled a demolition derby here in last 10 years and don't plan on it this year either...I have dealt with rain, snow, sleet, and cold all in one day before and the show still went on...So grab your family and friends and come to Boscobel,WI. October 3rd,2020.show starts at 2pm...get there early as seating is limited and usually standing room only by time derby starts....Thanks
Got track all set up today for demolition derby here.Track was tilled, rolled, scraped with scraper, rolled again with wobble wheel, she is a hard packed clay track here every year. Not black dirt or sand to get stuck in...Also we have Cement blocks on all 4 sides, dirt behind blocks on sides then gaurdrails behind that,on ends blocks are doubled so they won't tip over...Pictures are on facebook if ya want to check out track and size.Plenty of room to put on a show for the fans here...
We paid over $16,000 dollars out to the drivers once again way over what we advertised...We had 141 total entries day of derby...Thanks to everyone who came to our demolition derby this year for a record turnout of fans and drivers...
