I've been building my first 03+ (2005) for the last few months. Running box ford a-arms and cradle, box ford package tray and 31 spline 8.8 spooled with 488 rear gears. Its tilted at the boxes 2" and tilted just in front of a-arms 3" to bring the rails Down straight and then also tilted 2 more inches about a foot after the a-arms to level it back out. My question has to do with mounting my aluminum radiator in this thing...Since these cars really had a weird way of mounting the factory radiator, can you guys share some pics of what you build to hold a good radiator in place please? I can fab whatever I need but I just cant picture a good way for it. Can I please see a few pictures of what you guys fab up for these?

Take the piece that was welded to the front of the frame rails, cut it off, notch the outside to fit around the bottom of the frame, and cut the garbage sticking up out of the inside, then drop the radiator in there. Easiest way to do it, and cheap and sturdy.

How are you guys then fabricating side supports for the rad? To the core support somehow?
