I know anything can be made to work. But what rear ends and and leaf springs have people used to swap a bubble top ford to leaf springs? I have searched and searched and can’t find an actual photo of it done. Any advice or knowledge of this? I was looking at an old bronco with an 8.8 and seems like it could be made to work. What vehicles have been used to make this swap?

The rules say any rear end. I do have a built rear end with 35 spline axles I have In one car. But I am looking to build another car as well. Was looking to use a semi stock rear end with decent axles a spool and leafs. I’ve just never actually seen how someone did a bubble Vic

Plate accordingly within the rules and use good bolts of course. Thats about all there is to it

As long as its set up right it aint gonna dump. About midway on rear rail sets them up pretty decent. If you can run clamps around frame as well to hold leafs tight to frame. Thats an old trick but helps alot. In terms of a stock pack that works, flat stacking is always a better option on a vic, so your gonna have to restack anyway which usually means a trip to the junkyard with a tape measure getting exactly what you are after.

As these guys said it's simple to do, but I suggest you use almost anything over an 8.8

It doesn’t specifically say you can’t leaf them, it does say stock suspension. But I’ve seen leafed Vic’s before. They are all over the place on some of what they enforce and don’t

But if you seen that at the show I would do what Lincoln said and short leaf it hard nose rear bumper and double dimple imo.
