Yes. Weld it in then 9 wire each side up to the roof

I just go to the A pillar or up to the door frame. My halo bars are never forward far enough to run wire up from x member to halo. Strongest would be to go straight up to door frame or near roof pillar or even just up to your cage center bar or door bars]

Anytime. If you want an easier way make sure its welded to frame real well then drill all the way through x member once on each side of the trans and run a 1/2" bolt all the way through x member and floor if youd rather do that than 9 wire
