Gutting isn't part of building. Cage, panel welding, ride height setup, and whatnot in my eyes need to be done before creasing. Welding panels is going to be a pain now that you've stretched the metal and they aren't flat anymore. You have more things to worry about before creasing. I mean this with no offense, but you are creasing to make the car look cool. What you've done so far isn't going to help you much. You need to crease the car based in how you want it to bend and crease it to tighten certain areas up. It is a science.

Also, try not to cut too much metal out. Fold and bolt or fold and weld. Itll help tightening up body panels.

Couldn’t agree more^^^ Creasing should be the absolute last thing to do after motor is in, cage is done, ride height set, doors on and welded, and a shoot ton of other things. The hour before you paint should be the time you crease it...

The only thing we creased was the back everything else is left alone gonna try and start welding very soon Reason they are telling you that you should hold off on creasing we all have learned only makes it harder to weld the panels later. Will have to heat an beat your door metal. Get the car done then do extra. Your getting ahead of your self on the extras. Not sure how much your planning to do You need to get leaf pack built, rearend swap, weld doors, all thread, cage, motor an tranny. They are just giving tips to help you in long run.

So we pulled the rear out last night and going to throw this other one in and try to get it welded. Going to clamp the leaves to get to our maximum height of 21 inches

I have no idea what your rules are, but setting a leaf sprung car to max height is not always beneficial.

Clarification on stuff that’s happening here, his rules say no leafs on top of the main, there are 4 on top of the main, second is he meant he will use the leaf springs to get max front height which is 21 the back will be lower than that.
