I’d vote for something flat, and tie as many strands of wire through frame lowest of the mounting point of bumper but around and through the bumper too. that’s not much to work with angle wise, but how thick of angle are you allowed? How many places can you wire chain etc.? And bolt size/ length and locations I know it’s a lot of questions but it could help out.

The rule doesn’t say how thick it just can’t be more then 2 peace’s 2x2 6 bolts per frame rail. The rule also says u can shorten the frame . Do people do that on imps ? So wire around the bumper And around the frame?u can also mount it usinng a bumper shock. The bumper can be welded to the shock but the shock has to be bolted to the frame? I have a few shocker flat fronts and rears I can use. As for the trunk bolts 8 no bigger the 3/4 6 inches long? 8 single strands of wire or chain 4 chains one loop.. nothing can be connected to the frame
