Stoney Roberts rules? You better start welding now to be done welding in time. If it's not blatantly obvious, its completely legal. They are as ignorant as Just Money Productions when it comes to inspections. Hell, I ran against imp subbed mopar's years ago at Stoned Roberts shows. But don't run a cage because they want it to be easier to cut you out of the car after you are injured.

Yea sadly that’s the closest show to me and not having a trailer really hurts traveling. Working on getting one. And yea like you said if it’s not obvious it’s legal. And this year they finally let you run a seat bar. No door bars though which is almost pointless in my eyes

Of course their rules change depending on who you are and car count. It's a absolute lack of integrity thing.

Weld, plate, weld, plate, grind, bondo, undercoat, then throw sand/dirt on it. I never encourage cheating but it's impossible to compete with a legal car at a Stoned Roberts show. I tried and got my ass handed to me for many years. They are a joke.
