Local yard jumped $2 per hundred monday, I'm going to hold out a touch longer. I think it's going to go higher yet.

Scrapped a '98 DeVille this morning & got $210 a ton in North West Ohio. Good payday & still have the extras off it to sell to the core buyer at Spring Explosion!

I've never totally understood why derby guys want scrap prices to go up anyway. Cars cost more, and more of them are crushed before we get to them... O but when you scrap the car that you paid $500 for you'll get $300 back instead of getting $100 back for the car you paid $200 for.... I guess it is better. I agree. I loved it when scrap was near nothing. People would give you a car just to get it out of the yard. That was also way before ignorant fake shows like ass monkeys. Now everyone thinks their 40 year old rusty pos is worth gold because ass monkeys paid way too much imaginary money for one similar to theirs.
