Anybody ever run a ford granada in a stock build derby before?
Picked one up cheap and am considering running it.
Pretty clean body wise and has factory leaf springs,so figure might do quick build and go have some fun.
Will have a good 4 point cage and halo bar installed for safety, rest will be a old school build.
thanks for any advice.

It was the very first car i derbied back in 94. ran it at calvacade of thrills show. I dont remember much of the build as my uncle did all the major stuff and i did the easy stuff. I know it wasnt anything crazy off the wall stuff. But i ended up 4th overall. which was mostly roundbacks and older impalas. We still call it a lucky run but its what got me hooked. I would deffinatly run one again if i could find one.

Ya, I bought it for scrap price and it runs decent and trans works good and brakes too.So figure screw it,do a quick build and if nothing else put a few dents in some expensive old iron with it...lol
