IMO a 70's Ford 3/4 ton. I built a 2wd and ran it 3 times in 2 years and didn't finally bend in the nose until its last run then the frame finally gave but that's because I was running too hard of a bumper for a stock/non hard nosed frame.

Did you stuffthefront c channel? building full weld rules and i stuffed andcapped the front c channel then hard nosed a 1/2" piece of channel iron over the frame rails then a backed bumper welded to that

Did you stuffthefront c channel? building full weld rules and i stuffed andcapped the front c channel then hard nosed a 1/2" piece of channel iron over the frame rails then a backed bumper welded to that I didn't do anything to the frame as far as stuffing, welded most of the frame crossmembers, all I did was weld roughly 1 foot pieces of C channel on the frame rails then notched the ends of the channel to fit my pipe bumper and welded everything solid. It was a first time build but it held up solid. Surprisingly with no playing or anything I split a welded pointy in half horizontally from full tracking an 80's 3/4 ton lol
