We use piano wire to remove our glass. If you can't get that the use your hood latch wire. Just get you something small to push through the glue and feed wire through. Sawzall works to cut Glas our but chance you could break glass. And for rear bumper just cut it off if you want your don't have to unbolt it if you don't want to. Well tried that and shattered every window lol

I got a mid90s Volvo 850 that I’m about to run in stock wire class. Does anyone know what Fuel pressure it takes to run this big pigs?

I’m running an S70 non turbo sedan this year. Looking for things needed to be done with wiring or things to look out for to keep from being knocked out for something stupid or locking the car up in the tear down process. Thanks

If so,rip your glove box out and move alllll the computers and wiring there, then tape or tie them in. Might wanna move the fuel tank inside, iirc they are behind the rear axle. Also, just tuck every wire inside the car and pull fuses for unnecessary things,I’ve heard they are picky about cut wires

Yup stock class. I plan on removing the gas tank, and powering it through a toggle switch. Wasn’t sure if there were any inertia switches to look out for. I’ll just plan on moving all the wiring inside the car to avoid having to cut anything unless I have to. We’re pretty stock as far as stock goes. No cages, reinforcement, etc. Just a bar across the back of the drivers seat.

Just broke my timing belt cover..should I replace it on the off chance that something gets caught up in it on the track or just not even worry about it?

I probably wouldn't worry about it. Most of the time a timing belt brakes from something contacting it the cover wasn't going to save it anyway.

On the Ford 2.3, we built an iron replacement for a timing cover

I ran a 98 s70 and it held up good for what I was up against I also swapped out the Volvo drivetrain for a cavalier 2.2 drivetrain. I got rid of the plastic radiator support and cut a steel one out of another vehicle and welded it in, added decent bumper and that was about it
