A lot of these Volvo came with aluminum wheels. From what I've seen Taurus steel wheels fit just fine. The only thing is if you try to put aluminum Volvo wheels on a Taurus center caps may not fit because end of Taurus axle is farther out.

well the s70 did great. technically only two cars showed up for the import class and they were both ours. we also had a fwd caddy they had us run a 3 man heat. I killed the Toyota and caddy from last year and the only thing that happened to the vo was my rear bumper bent a 1/4 inch. did hard hits with the front and rear and it looked almost the same . they let me run against the full size and I placed 4th out of 12. what took me out was a big ass Lincoln was coming right at me head on and I tried to turn to take a door hit on the passenger side and he went just outside of the bumper and wiped out my tire. Was still moving a little bit but was done. So for a good show I floored it till the motor blew. Besides that the car is still almost perfectly fine. Did lots of hard front end hits and the eclipse bumper held up fine. I'm gonna have a video up In a day or two.

well clearly we have some pos promoters who play the buddy system. was going through my video because I caught word of people pulling flags and putting them back up and I got this pos who took me out clearly pulling his flag way before I got hit on top of that he took home part of the purse. this is some bull$hit.

That is a pretty new foreign car so I doubt there is a lot of info on it unless one of the banger guys from Europe chime in. If you could get some pics of the rear stripped we could probably steer you in the right direction though. If it bends like a lot of the older Volvo wagons I would say it would be a good idea to do a dimple between the hump and rear bumper and prebend the roof up between the C and D pillars.

View AttachmentView AttachmentI ran 2 99 V70 non turbos in a stock demo. The first one took second in the feature, the second one went out on the first hit. I got slammed in the front end and the computer took most of the damage. Being in the front corner is a very vulnerable spot for it. Aluminum bumpers only last a hit or two and they are toast. Hey I was wondering what you did with your rear deck lid for the Volvo I’ve been stumped on how to go about it

We use piano wire to remove our glass. If you can't get that the use your hood latch wire. Just get you something small to push through the glue and feed wire through. Sawzall works to cut Glas our but chance you could break glass. And for rear bumper just cut it off if you want your don't have to unbolt it if you don't want to.
