The Henderson County Fair Board in Stronghurst will be running their normal Figure 8 races during the fair, July 29th and 30th. The Havoc race for September is scheduled for the 24th and the NEW HAZZARD race is just a month away on April 2nd. Watch for information, schedules, and rules either at www.hendersoncofair.com or follow us on Facebook under Henderson County Fair Association, Illinois. We are working on running a points series incentive, so stay tuned for that information as well.

A points series is a great idea! I've been saying that for years...be good if you could get the other local tracks in on it too but if not a series for stronghurst would be great...by far the best track in our area!

Here it is, the Bi-County Figure 8 Racing Series! Sponsored by Western Illinois Realty, Ben Thompson & Flatt Tire Service of Stronghurst. This series will recognize the drivers in big cars, small cars, wire, and full size truck classes, that compete in ALL 6 races held in Stronghurst and Roseville in 2016. April 2, Hazzard, July 21 & 22 Warren County Fair, July 29 & 30 Henderson County Fair, and September 24 Havoc. Each class winner will receive $250 and a Trophy. Points will be accumulated in each class and not cross over to another class. Drivers qualify, not the car. Driver with most wins in the season will determine any tie. All county fair rules MUST be adhered to! Unsportsmanlike behavior could forfeit any points earned for that night. Drivers will not always need to make the feature to earn points, but MUST enter and compete in all 6 races. Points earned as follows: 1 point for entering each race 5 points for finishing first 4 points for second 3 points for third 2 points for fourth 1 point to all remaining cars in feature.
The Warren & Henderson County Fair Boards will keep track of points and placings.
