I'll get better pics when I get home. Plastic racing seat, harness, 6 gallon fuel cell, turbo350 with 3 derbies on it since rebuild, shifter... oh and a stock small block.

Next time get the engine further forward, preferable against the cab. Pulling the tailgate helps be able to reach it a little further in. I know you can have limitations w/ a cherry picker but you will thank me when the guy pulls out in front of you or deer comes out of know where. The least amount of momentum that thing has when you slam your brakes the better.

Just got it home about an hour ago, taped it up so sand wouldnt get in holes and such as well as got some more shitty pics. I'll post em here in a bit.

Also please don't run a plastic tank in a derby car Previous owner ran it in a metal box. And It's only 6 gallons and I want 4 more... so I'll probably buy an air tank and turn it into a fuel cell.

That would be the second best option.

We put 2 straps on it, one forward one back and the damn trans cut 2 different ones and I said screw it and left it. But I will remember that advice if I haul an engine again. Thank you.

Well, yall were right. I ended up dozing off while driving, ended up in the ditch on the way to my dads to drop the shit off and the motor slid forward and hit the front of the bed as I came to a stop. Only damage is a dent in the valve cover and a broken spark plug. I hate being tired all the damn time but it is what it is. Shoulda grabbed some caffeine but didnt have the time to do so. The truck is fine as is my mother and brother. Just a little shaken up. Lesson learned.
