I am starting to build rc derby cars/trucks, nitro powered with the shifter and everything that works just like a real derby car. The bodys are steel sheet all apot welded together. I was just wondering if there are any interest in them, i will also have a line of reclips, bodies, axles. All that good stuff. Obly problem is the price- i will try to make it as cheap as possible but nitros are not cheap. If any interest please pm me for more info or questions

Can also make 1/8 scale. Fullsize cars or trucks, will be made to car or truck of ur choice. if enough interest may look into making compacts also. Either nitro or electric. Will also be several different options to choose from. Thanks in advance.

Wouldn't waste your time. Sent this guy a PM back in December and he still hasn't gotten back to me.

Maybe forgot about it?
I wouldn't want a Nitro rc derby car. Where's the fun in lightning bolts running into each other? Plus they constantly flip.
If it were me, and you wanted to make things as cheap as possible, go to Walmart and find a good sized car, or get online and find a source for dirt cheap 1/10 or 1/12 scale electric rc chassis. Then build certain bodies for a reasons cost. This way you don't have as much in a rc car based on a car, as you do in the car its based on...if that makes sense. Go get a New Bright car, pull the body, let everyone know what it fits. Done. Benefit of more drivers if you go the cheap online hobby grade rc though as you could change tires, motors, radios, etc.. Use a SCT type chassis. Just my $0.02.

Lol, cpeet i got to u within a hour of u pm-ing me. So whete u got that i didnt respond is beyond me. I have been working 70+ hour weeks at work so i currently dont have the time to spend on wecrash. As far as the cars flipping, they dont flip often, they have low center of gravity do to custom frames/lowered suspension/ nd smaller wheels. They have low gearing which gives torque not speed. They are quite intertaining. Expensive, but with it being expensive, if work slows down i woukd like to start hosting some events for them. Where there would be a cash and trophies for top 3. But like i said, its all depending on how my work schedule goes. I will post pics of a buddies frame i built for him. So u have an idea on how they are built.
